In 2014 SportsPLAN Studio was engaged to assist VizSpiro Strategies in preparing conceptual designs for the next phase of the Momentum Campus being developed across Oso Bay from the Island Campus.
Our work began with a critical evaluation of the Owner’s program, then we prepared alternative site planning concepts to configure the various sports facilities with parking, service access and a grand spectator plaza. We then assisted in the preparation of conceptual designs for the preferred scheme which provides a distinctive primary gateway for each of the venues facing the central ticket box office and plaza.
A two story spectator services building and VIP Club includes two party decks overlooking the baseball and softball fields.
